Position: AI Growth & Automation Manager Location: Remote | Full-Time We are looking for a highly proactive, systems-oriented, and technically skilled AI Growth & Automation Manager to help scale and modernize our premium outdoor lighting business through AI, automation, content systems, and operational innovation. This is both a strategic and hands-on implementation role focused on integrating AI into marketing, operations, reporting, customer experience, and business growth. Our company specializes in: Architectural outdoor lighting Landscape lighting Outdoor audio Christmas lighting Permanent roofline lighting Our goal is to become one of the most technologically advanced and AI-forward companies in the industry. Key Responsibilities: AI Marketing & Content Use AI tools to increase marketing efficiency and content production Support ad creatives, copywriting, image generation, and video workflows Repurpose long-form content into social media and marketing assets Improve SEO and AI search visibility strategies Help increase visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and future AI search platforms AI Search Visibility & GEO Build AI-readable authority content including: Project pages Before/after transformations Educational blogs and videos FAQs Location pages Review strategies Research and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies Monitor AI search trends and opportunities Automation & Systems Build internal automations and AI workflows Connect tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency Create automations for: Lead follow-up Reporting SOP creation Internal communication CRM workflows Work with APIs, Zapier, Make, and AI-powered systems KPI Dashboards & Reporting Build dashboards for marketing and operational KPIs Track lead sources, ROI, close rates, and campaign performance Identify optimization opportunities through reporting and analytics AI Innovation & Research Constantly explore new AI tools, trends, and implementation opportunities Bring proactive ideas and recommendations to leadership regularly Stay ahead of competitors in AI adoption and systems implementation Requirements: Strong understanding of AI tools and automation systems Experience with AI implementation, workflows, and systems thinking Strong digital marketing and content strategy instincts Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Highly proactive and execution-focused Comfortable experimenting, building, and improving systems independently Strong communication and project management abilities Fast learner with strong initiative Preferred Experience: ChatGPT, Claude, Canva Google Ads & Facebook Ads SEO/GEO strategies Zapier, Make, APIs, and workflow automation Dashboard/reporting systems CRM and operational systems What We're Looking For: We are not looking for someone who only writes prompts.
