AI Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities: Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities across the group's sites Design and deploy practical AI solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision quality Modernize processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and admin functions Build a library of reusable AI tools, frameworks, and prompt assets Improve underlying data quality and prepare the business for cloud-based analytics Lead training and change-adoption programs to build AI capability across all sites Ensure every deployment is responsible, ethical, and compliant Track impact through defined KPIs, ROI figures, and operational improvement metrics Must-Have Experience delivering AI or digital transformation in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or a similar operational environment Hands-on fluency with AI tools — ChatGPT, Copilot, computer vision, predictive modeling, automation platforms Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems Ability to translate business problems into workable AI solutions Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical ideas in plain terms Proven track record of delivering measurable improvement through automation or AI Comfortable operating at pace across multiple sites, proactive and curious Nice-to-Have ERP experience, RPA, predictive analytics, digital twins, BI tooling, or formal AI/data qualifications Experience working in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment Hands-on experience with AI tools such as LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), OCR tools, or analytics platforms Background in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or paid ads optimization Experience with chatbots, call automation, or client intake systems Familiarity with document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools Experience building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation Prior experience in a consulting, operations, or innovation-focused role System and Work Setup Requirements: A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
