Full-time | $70,000–$85,000 plus super | Immediate start | Sydney-based

We’re looking for a curious, practical thinker who uses AI confidently, communicates clearly and enjoys helping people develop new skills.

Your initial focus will be supporting an AI training program for an enterprise client during November and December 2026. Working closely with our Head of Training, you’ll prepare materials, support workshops and help participants apply AI to their everyday work.

You’ll start in a support role while you learn our approach, with the intention of progressing to delivering your own workshops for other clients. You’ll also contribute to advisory work and internal projects, with room to develop across the business as your strengths and interests emerge.

We’re a growing startup, so priorities and responsibilities will evolve. You’ll need to be comfortable with change, take initiative and adapt as new client needs and opportunities arise.

This is a Sydney-based hybrid role. You must be willing to travel, with potential travel for client workshops in 2027.

What you’ll do

  • Help prepare and support virtual and in-person workshops, supporting participants with questions and exercises.
  • Research and test AI tools and workflows, turning useful findings into training content and client resources.
  • Alongside the lead trainers, develop and adapt presentations, demonstrations, guides and practical exercises for different client audiences.
  • Use participant and client feedback to improve our training.
  • Support internal projects and progressively take ownership of content and workshop delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain ideas simply.
  • Curiosity about how businesses work and how AI can help.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and sound judgement around privacy, accuracy and responsible AI use.
  • Initiative, organisation and reliability, including when priorities change.
  • A willingness to learn, act on feedback and contribute wherever needed.

Preferred qualifications and experience

We’d particularly value:

  • Regular, hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar tools, with practical examples.
  • A bachelor’s degree in technology, business management or a related discipline.
  • Experience teaching large cohorts, facilitating workshops or presenting to groups.
  • Experience creating clear, useful learning materials or presentations.
  • Client-facing experience in consulting, professional services, training or learning and development.
  • Australian citizenship preferred but not required.

You don’t need to tick every box. Your experience might come from work, study, volunteering or personal projects. We’re interested in what you can do, how you think and your potential to grow.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note about your interest and relevant experience to jesse@getaiready.now, with the subject AI Learning & Enablement Specialist application.

A simple screen recording or phone video is fine. We’re interested in how clearly and practically you explain it.

Applications close Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
