AI & Legal Innovation Manager

For a leading independent Belgian law firm, we are looking for an AI & Legal Innovation Manager to drive the firm’s digital transformation and AI strategy.

You will work closely with partners, lawyers, IT and the Knowledge Manager to identify opportunities, implement new tools and turn AI into practical solutions for the business.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and implement AI tools, agents, skills and automations
• Develop document and workflow automation solutions
• Lead Legal Tech pilots and new technology implementations
• Support the implementation of PMS, DMS and CRM systems
• Translate lawyers’ needs into practical technical solutions
• Train teams and support adoption of new tools
• Help define the firm’s AI and digital innovation roadmap
• Monitor new developments in AI and Legal Tech

Your profile:

• Background in IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with AI, automation and digital tools
• Experience building agents, workflows, assistants or AI-powered solutions
• Legal Tech or law firm experience is a strong asset
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• English required; French and/or Dutch is a plus
