Job Description - AI Native (CREQ233028) Job Description AI Native - ( CREQ233028 ) Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in testing AI and Conversational AI solutions. They should have a strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models, as well as experience testing Conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow/Agent Builder. Knowledge of agentic AI architectures and AI orchestration frameworks like Langraph and CrewAI is a plus. The Senior Consultant should also have hands-on experience in API testing, performance testing, and AI model evaluation. Familiarity with test automation frameworks for AI and chatbot validation is required. The candidate should also have experience with cloud-based AI testing, preferably with Google Vertex AI. Strong analytical skills are essential for evaluating AI-generated responses and model accuracy. This is a hybrid work position, with the option for both in-office and remote work.
