Job Description

Just imagine shaping the monthly decisions that drive the LEGO® Group's commercial performance around the world. Then make it real.

About the role

As our A&I Partner Director you'll act as the strategic bridge between commercial leadership and advanced analytics capabilities, turning complex analysis into clear business decisions. You'll influence leaders across Markets & Channels, Product, Finance and Strategy, helping accelerate growth, improve performance and align enterprise priorities. This role sits at the centre of some of the LEGO Group's most important commercial discussions, with the opportunity to shape executive narratives and performance momentum across the business.

Required

  • Led enterprise-wide commercial performance or transformation initiatives in a global matrix organisation without direct authority.
  • Built executive narratives and decision materials for leadership boards, steering committees or C-suite forums.
  • Translated complex analytical findings into commercial actions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Influenced Director, VP, SVP or Executive-level stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
  • Owned delivery of recurring executive performance reviews, reporting cycles or commercial business reviews.
  • Consolidated insights from multiple regions or business units into a single enterprise narrative for senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Conducted market share analyses that informed commercial growth priorities or investment decisions.
  • Applied predictive analytics to support commercial forecasting or business planning decisions.
  • Used advanced analytics, data science techniques, SQL or Python to generate business insights.
  • Applied AI or agentic AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation, reporting or executive storytelling.

What you'll build

  • Lead delivery of monthly commercial performance narratives and executive reporting cycles.
  • Own and continuously improve the monthly commercial traction process, helping evolve it from a reporting forum into a decision-making forum.
  • Bring together insights from regional and global teams to create compelling business stories for senior leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline executive deliverables and enhance performance narratives across leadership forums.
  • Help increase the use of advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights in senior decision-making.

If you've worked in a role where you influenced executive stakeholders, built leadership materials and connected analytics to commercial outcomes, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to bring clarity to complexity, navigate ambiguity and turn insights into action.

Life on the team

You'll join Analytics & Insights within Global Commercial Development, a team that helps the LEGO Group's senior leaders make better decisions through analytics, data science and compelling narratives. The team combines high visibility with a supportive environment where colleagues share expertise and work closely together across the globe. Our hybrid rhythm includes regular working sessions, collaborative planning and frequent interaction with colleagues across regions and functions. You'll thrive if you're curious, adaptable, thoughtful in your approach and motivated by continuous improvement.

What success looks like

Within your first year, you'll be recognised as a trusted partner to senior commercial leaders and confidently lead key executive reporting cycles. You'll help shape the future of MCT delivery, strengthen performance momentum narratives and increase the adoption of analytics in business decision-making. You'll work closely with regional Analytics & Insights teams, commercial leadership, Corporate Finance and Global Insights partners to create greater organisational alignment around growth opportunities.
