Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance products, automate processes, and unlock data value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build applications in which LLM-based agents do real work — reasoning over context, calling tools, and acting inside business processes
• Own features end to end: agent behaviour, the systems it plugs into, and the user-facing experience
• Build the full product around the agent — integrations with business systems, data/state, APIs and UI surfaces
• Define what "correct" means for agent behaviour, build evaluation/regression suites, and use production traces to improve it
• Balance quality, latency and cost as first-class engineering concerns
• Work daily with generative-AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex or similar) — decomposing work, giving precise context, reviewing output with full rigor
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to turn loosely defined needs into shippable increments

What You'll Bring

• Solid full-stack engineering background with production systems; strong in at least one modern language
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, including at least one agent framework in depth (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK or equivalent)
• Practical grasp of integration, data and cloud fundamentals: APIs, authentication, relational data, containers, CI/CD, at least one major cloud platform
• Fluent, deliberate use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output
• Strong engineering hygiene: testing, code review, observability, clear documentation
• Excellent communication in Greek and English, able to explain agent behaviour and trade-offs to non-engineers

Nice to Haves

• LLM evaluation practices: offline eval sets, LLM-as-judge, prompt regression
• RAG, vector search, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling
• Conversational or voice interfaces
• Experience delivering in regulated environments — privacy, PII handling, auditability
