Mission
We are looking for a skilled AI Specialist to build, orchestrate, and maintain our next-generation automation workflows and agentic AI systems. In this role, you will design complex multi-step integrations, deploy agent runtimes, and develop custom internal tools (including extending our Hermes intake agent). You will work across modern low-code tools, API frameworks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure our AI operations remain reliable, cost-efficient, secure, and fully documented.

Design, build, and troubleshoot complex multi-step workflows with error handling in n8n, Make, and Zapier.Develop and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, workflows, and custom marketplace app connections.Build Slack applications featuring webhooks, custom bots, and interactive in-channel approval flows.Craft optimized prompt engineering solutions, including system prompts, tool calling, and structured JSON outputs.Build, maintain, and extend our internal Hermes intake agent (processing transcripts into complete architecture and access documentation).Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI, and contribute to user-facing dashboards using React.Deploy and manage applications across GitHub, Vercel, and VPS environments over SSH (Hostinger, systemd, Caddy, log management).Manage Google Cloud Console setups (projects, OAuth clients, service accounts, API configurations) and Supabase database/SQL operations.Evaluate REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth documentation to deliver accurate technical feasibility verdicts.Maintain safe credential handling via Bitwarden (strictly ensuring no keys are committed to repos or chats) and adhere to EU GDPR data residency and logging standards.Write clean technical documentation and clear client access guides.
Qualifications
Automation & Integration: Demonstrated expertise with n8n, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel (GHL).Backend & Web Development: Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, SQL, and React basics for dashboard updates.Agent Orchestration & AI Tools: Hands-on experience with agent runtimes (OpenClaw, Paperclip, or similar architecture), prompt engineering, and daily use of agentic coding tools like Claude Code.Infrastructure & Cloud: Hands-on experience with VPS management via SSH, Caddy, systemd, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, and Google Cloud Console.Security & Compliance: Practical understanding of safe credential practices (Bitwarden) and GDPR basics (EU data residency, logging compliance).Nice to Have: Experience with voice stacks (Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Pipecat), business apps (Airtable, Stripe, Klaviyo), or Microsoft 365 / Entra app registrations.

Position Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours, from 11:00 AM till 7:00 PM Beirut Time
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- Rules for PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off with advanced notice
- Salary Range: $1,500 (Potential raise after Probation Period depending on the performance)
