AI Systems Engineer / Agentic Engineer (3 seats)

Client’s timezone and location: Canada. Remote, strong overlap with North American hours.

Project: Canadian SaaS for landing pages, conversion optimization and CRM, going through an AI-first transformation. Engineers build and ship agentic features inside the client’s existing agent architecture. Hands-on execution role, not architecture.

Rate: $15-23/h, ~160h/month. Rate quoted depending on candidate’s skills and qualification.

English: B2+ (video intro + daily work with a North American team)

Position/Position level: AI Systems Engineer / Agentic Engineer, Middle/Senior. At least 1 Senior required.

Project focus: AI/agentic features, agent swarms, full-stack TypeScript on AWS

Responsibilities:

• Ship AI-powered/agentic features to production (landing page + CRM)
• Create agents and skills to speed up delivery; run agent swarms daily
• Deliver well above ~1 small PR/day
• Fix or backlog tech debt found along the way

Requirements:

• Production AI/agentic features (not just POCs)
• Real experience with agent swarms and building inside an existing agent architecture
• Node.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind, GraphQL
• AWS, Postgres, DynamoDB
• Nice to have: CRM/martech, Terraform, .NET, Python/Ruby/Java, MySQL

Soft skills: Proactive, fast, AI-first mindset, comfortable with uncertainty, helps others grow

Required technical questions:

“Tell me about an AI-powered or agentic feature you helped ship to production. How did you use AI agents or agent swarms to speed up your own delivery, and how did you work within an architecture someone else had already designed?” (answered in the video)

• Engagement Process: Submit CV + links to AI work + 2–3 min video link → Shortlists top 3 across agencies → interview Nov 16 → start Dec 2, 6+ month contract
