About the Role

TalentTekPro is looking for detail-oriented AI Response Evaluators to help improve the quality, reliability, and performance of AI systems. In this role, you will review AI-generated responses, assess their accuracy and relevance, identify errors, and provide structured feedback that helps improve model performance.

This position combines critical thinking, analytical skills, language proficiency, and technical knowledge. You will work with a variety of tasks, ranging from evaluating general AI responses to reviewing technical explanations, coding outputs, and complex reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, completeness, and consistency.

• Compare model outputs against task instructions, evaluation criteria, and expected results.

• Identify factual errors, logical inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and flawed reasoning.

• Review technical responses, including programming explanations, code snippets, algorithms, and software engineering solutions when applicable.

• Assess whether AI responses correctly follow instructions and address the user's intent.

• Provide structured feedback, annotations, ratings, and written explanations to support model improvement.

• Compare multiple AI-generated responses and determine which better satisfies the task requirements.

• Identify recurring quality issues and document findings according to established guidelines.

• Maintain consistency, objectivity, and attention to detail across evaluation tasks.

• Adapt to evolving evaluation standards, project requirements, and quality assurance procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written communication and reading comprehension.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle errors.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply evaluation guidelines consistently.

• Ability to explain judgments clearly and support evaluations with evidence.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn new evaluation tools, workflows, and AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software engineering, computer science, data analysis, quality assurance, technical writing, or a related field.

• Experience using AI assistants or evaluating AI-generated content.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C++, depending on project requirements.

• Experience reviewing code, debugging technical issues, or validating software solutions.

• Familiarity with data annotation, model evaluation, content quality assurance, or human feedback workflows.

• Understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and common AI limitations.

• Experience with structured rubrics, scoring systems, or quality control processes.

Work Environment

This is a remote, task-focused role that may involve independent assignments and collaboration with distributed teams. Specific project scope, working hours, compensation, tools, and performance expectations will be communicated according to the applicable project.
