Generative AI Trainer

We’re hiring: Generative AI Trainer (Contract) | Remote or On-site, North America

Most AI training teaches people about AI. We teach them to use it.

At Infomathics AI, we help small and mid-sized organizations go from AI curiosity to AI confidence through practical training, consulting, and executive coaching. No hype. We work with real tools, real workflows, and outcomes our clients can measure.

We’re looking for a trainer who can make that happen in any room, whether it’s a boardroom, a dev team, or a virtual workshop with 50 managers.

The role

📍 North America-based · virtual and on-site client sessions

💰 CAD/USD $400/day

🗓️ 1-year contract, renewable based on performance

⏱️ 2–3 trainings per week

✈️ Travel for on-site trainings is fully covered by Infomathics AI

The training content is built for you. Your job is to bring it to life. You’ll prepare and deliver hands-on sessions where participants actually use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and AI coding tools. Watching demos isn’t the format.

What you’ll do

• Deliver workshops to a range of audiences: AI strategy for executives, workflow integration for managers and PMs, IDE-based AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for developers
• Prepare for each session by learning the material, the client’s context, and the audience in the room
• Join client calls as needed to understand training needs before an engagement
• Keep up with fast-moving AI tools so you can answer the questions that go beyond the slides

You’ll do well here if you

• Have delivered corporate training, bootcamps, or workshops (more than presentations)
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and AI dev tools in your own work
• Can explain what AI means for a business to a VP, then walk a developer through a Copilot workflow on the same day
• Can hold a room, virtual or in person, handle tough Q&A, and keep a mixed audience engaged

Nice to have: SMB/mid-market experience, a background in software, product, or strategy, and AI/ML credentials. A degree in CS, Education, or Business is preferred, but demonstrated experience counts just as much.
