Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align activities across multiple AI initiatives, stakeholders, and consulting teams.
- Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and decision-making materials.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and working sessions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and critical decision points across the transformation agenda.
- Help shape a coherent AI transformation narrative across various workstreams.
- Drive follow-up actions and ensure readiness for executive reviews and key milestones.
- Partner with business leaders to align priorities and maintain momentum.
- Act as a trusted advisor by transforming ambiguity into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
- Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale AI, digital, data, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organisational change, operating model design, governance, funding mechanisms, prioritisation, and business adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, challenge assumptions, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives and leadership teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials and facilitate strategic discussions.
