Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Style & Mise-en-scène Development: Establish visual styles and mise-en-scène utilizing AI image/video generation tools and prompt engineering.
2. Concept & Tone/Manner Execution: Implement original visual concepts and define the tone and manner based on project concepts and scenarios.
3. Art Direction & Visual Consistency: Maintain overall visual consistency throughout the video production and support art direction.
4. Trend Research & Process Integration: Research the latest AI art and visual trends, and integrate them into the production process.
5. Commercial Project Participation: Participate in commercial video projects (films, commercials, music videos, etc.) and new project initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Image Generation AI: Deep understanding of the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of various image generation AI tools (such as Midjourney, Nanobanana2, GPT2, Seedream, etc.) with proficient operational skills.
2. Proficiency in Video Generation AI: Deep understanding of the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of various video generation AI tools (such as Runway, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, etc.) with proficient operational skills.
3. Audio AI Utilization: Ability to utilize generative audio AI tools, such as ElevenLabs.
4. Narrative Understanding: Deep understanding of storytelling and visual narratives.
5. Adaptability: Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new AI technologies.
6. Portfolio Requirement: Submission of a portfolio including AI-generated or AI-assisted productions is mandatory.
7. Must be able to submit a video portfolio of at least 2 minutes created using Seedance 2.5.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Editing Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) for image and video editing.
2. AI Filmmaking Experience: Experience in creating an AI-generated short film (under 5 minutes) and the ability to submit it as part of the portfolio.
3. Color Sense: Excellent color sense with the ability to establish and consistently apply overall color concepts in video production.
4. Pop Culture Interest: Avid consumer of Sci-Fi novels/films and frequent player of story-driven action games.
5. Subculture Genre Literacy: High familiarity with subculture genre conventions (Heroes, Kaiju/Monsters, Mecha, Zombies, etc.) and rich creative experience in these genres.
6. ComfyUI Expertise: Advanced proficiency in using ComfyUI.
7. Awards & Recognition: Experience winning awards in AI video contests or festivals.
