・顧客のビジネス課題解決に向けたAI時代のDX推進のリード

・提案フェーズからの技術的妥当性の判断やアーキテクチャ設計、ロードマップ策定

・社内外のチームと連携した要件の具体化と実装、技術的なプロジェクト管理

■必須要件

・RAGやAIエージェントに関する知識と実務での開発経験

・社外顧客向けのAI領域におけるプロジェクト実務経験

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

What you will do:

Lead DX promotion using high-precision RAG and domestic LLMs

Manage technical validation, architecture design, and roadmap planning from the proposal phase

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure business domains, implement solutions, and lead technical projects

What you need:

Knowledge and practical development experience with RAG and AI agents

Practical experience in AI projects for external clients

Business-level Japanese proficiency
