AIR TICKETING & RESERVATION MANAGER

We are looking for professionals to join both our core team and international outsourcing projects.

• University degree;
• 2+ years of practical experience in air ticketing and reservations;
• proven experience working with corporate clients;
• confident knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre GDS systems;
• practical experience in air ticket booking, ticket issuance and re-issuance;
• English — Intermediate level or higher;
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• ability to manage a high volume of information and handle multiple requests simultaneously;
• ability to respond quickly to changes and unexpected situations;
• strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Knowledge of Hungarian, Spanish, or German will be considered an advantage.

• booking, issuing and re-issuing airline tickets;
• working with both regular and low-cost carriers;
• making changes to reservations according to client requests;
• handling corporate clients’ requests in a timely and professional manner;
• booking hotels and other related travel services;
• working in accordance with the standards and procedures of a specific international project;
• ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
