About CoVenture Pro:

CoVenture Pro is a growing short-term rental property management company supporting Airbnb and vacation-rental properties across multiple markets.

We are looking for a highly capable, fast, reliable, and professional Airbnb Co-Host & Property Operations Specialist to join our remote operations team.

This is not a basic data-entry or general virtual assistant position.

The successful candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong computer skills, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple guest and property-related situations efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, take responsibility for assigned tasks, and eventually manage day-to-day operations with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Responding to Airbnb and other OTA guest messages professionally and quickly
• Handling guest questions before, during, and after their stay
• Managing check-in and checkout communication
• Assisting guests with access and smart-lock issues
• Handling early check-in and late checkout requests
• Coordinating cleaners and confirming property turnovers
• Coordinating maintenance providers when required
• Monitoring upcoming reservations
• Following up on unresolved operational issues
• Managing multiple guest conversations at the same time
• Escalating urgent or serious issues appropriately
• Updating internal notes, calendars, and property information
• Assisting with guest complaints and problem resolution
• Supporting Airbnb review and resolution-related tasks
• Communicating with property owners, cleaners, maintenance teams, and internal staff
• Following company SOPs and individual client requirements
• Ensuring important tasks are completed rather than simply passed to another team member

Fast Computer and Communication Skills

Short-term rental operations can move very quickly.

• Switching between different applications efficiently
• Managing multiple conversations at the same time
• Finding information quickly
• Following detailed client instructions
• Prioritizing urgent situations correctly

Candidates who are uncomfortable with fast-paced computer work may not be suitable for this role.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills

We are looking for someone who can think independently.

You should be able to assess:

• What has happened
• How urgent the issue is
• What information is required
• What action can be taken immediately
• Who needs to be contacted
• Whether the issue can be solved independently
• Whether management needs to become involved

Routine operational situations should not require constant supervision.

Required Remote-Work Setup

Candidates must already have a reliable professional remote-working setup.

Minimum requirements include:

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• SSD-equipped computer preferred
• Stable primary internet connection
• Backup internet connection
• Reliable smartphone capable of running Airbnb, WhatsApp, and work applications
• Working microphone/headset
• Quiet workspace

Your equipment and internet reliability may be verified during the hiring process.

Ownership Mentality

Compensation & Career Progression

This position follows a structured training and performance-based progression.

Initial Training Period — 15 Days

Compensation: PKR 20,000 for the 15-day training period

During training, you will learn:

• Cleaning coordination
• Maintenance coordination
• Airbnb operations
• Property-management systems
• Escalation procedures
• Internal reporting and communication standards

Candidates will be evaluated throughout the training period.

Probation Period — Up to 2 Months

Compensation: PKR 30,000 per month

After successfully completing training, you will enter a probation period of up to two months.

The probation period may be shortened for candidates who:

• Learn client and property details quickly
• Demonstrate consistently strong performance
• Communicate professionally
• Work efficiently
• Make good operational decisions
• Follow SOPs accurately
• Require minimal supervision
• Demonstrate reliability and ownership
  

After Successful Probation

Compensation: PKR 50,000–60,000 per month

The confirmed salary will depend on demonstrated performance, including:

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete several assessments before receiving an offer.

These may include:

1. Written English Assessment

You may receive realistic Airbnb guest situations and be asked to write professional responses within a limited amount of time.

2. Spoken English Interview

Your ability to communicate naturally and professionally in English will be assessed through live conversation.

3. Problem-Solving Assessment

You may be given realistic property-management situations and asked how you would handle them.

4. Task Prioritization Assessment

You may be given several situations simultaneously and asked to determine which should be handled first and why.

Candidates may be asked to demonstrate basic multitasking, browser navigation, typing, information retrieval, and remote-working skills.

6. Equipment & Internet Verification

Your computer, internet connection, backup internet, smartphone, and remote-working environment may be verified before final selection.
