Show job description
Emumba is looking for an Alliance & Partner Manager to strengthen and grow our strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence within the AWS ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities, and turning partner relationships into measurable business outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of contact between Emumba and AWS, building strong relationships with AWS partner managers, account teams, and other key stakeholders. Working closely with our internal sales, engineering, and marketing teams, you will help drive joint go-to-market initiatives, uncover new opportunities, and support the growth of our AWS partnership.

Beyond relationship management, you will take ownership of partner initiatives from planning through execution. This includes coordinating activities across teams, tracking key milestones, maintaining partner requirements, and ensuring that initiatives stay aligned with business priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Be Emumba’s main contact for AWS and build strong relationships with their partner and sales teams.
  • Find and grow joint sales opportunities with AWS, working with our sales, engineering, and marketing teams on offers, case studies, and campaigns.
  • Manage AWS partner programs, competencies, certifications, and funding, and track how funds are used.
  • Plan and manage partner projects (scope, timelines, owners, and risks), keep trackers and CRM data up to date, and share regular progress reports with leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in partner management, business development, or project management at a tech company, including 2+ years working with AWS as a partner.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with CRMs and reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of cloud, data, and AI services.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • AWS certifications or partner accreditations.
  • Experience with AWS ACE, Partner Central, or Marketplace.
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
