This hiring round is for new applicants. If you previously applied for a sales or account executive position at THE WEAR, please do not reapply.

THE WEAR | Remote — Islamabad, Pakistan

THE WEAR supplies custom branded business apparel and uniforms to small, medium, and large businesses across Canada. We’re looking for an educated, results-driven B2B sales professional who can generate opportunities, close new business, and build lasting customer relationships.

Approximately 60–70% of your time will focus on outbound prospecting and winning new customers. The remainder will involve inbound enquiries, follow-ups, and growing customer accounts. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for managing client accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Research Canadian businesses, build targeted prospect lists, and identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calls, personalised emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customers’ apparel needs, quantities, budgets, branding, and deadlines.
  • Work with our quoting team to prepare proposals, communicate value, handle objections, and close orders.
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and maintain consistent follow-up through to a decision.
  • Build repeat business through proactive account management, referrals, and additional product opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, scheduled follow-ups, and an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements and set realistic expectations.
  • Take ownership of agreed sales activity and revenue targets.

What you’ll bring

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of B2B sales experience, including direct experience selling to Canadian or US business customers. Additional relevant experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and personally closing new business, with specific examples of sales targets and results.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, including the ability to write clear business emails and conduct confident sales conversations.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience engaging business owners, purchasing contacts, or other decision-makers.
  • Consistent follow-up habits, attention to detail, and experience using a CRM.
  • The ability to work independently, organise priorities, and remain accountable in a remote environment.
  • Coachability, sound judgment, and a willingness to apply feedback.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for customer calls.

Experience selling branded apparel, uniforms, or promotional products is an advantage. Apparel industry experience is not required; product training is provided.

What we provide

  • CRM access, calling tools, and email tools.
  • Product training and quoting support.
  • Company-provided leads alongside your own outbound prospecting.
  • Internal support for customer orders.
  • A monthly base payment plus uncapped commission.

Working hours and compensation

  • Location: Remote — Islamabad, Pakistan.
  • Working hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Canadian Eastern Time, following daylight saving changes. This requires evening/night availability in Pakistan.
  • Base compensation: CAD $250 per month.
  • Commission: Uncapped commission in addition to the monthly base. Commission calculation and payment terms will be explained during the initial screening.

Please review the working hours and base compensation carefully before applying.

  1. What is your completed degree and field of study?
