About The Role At the forefront of this role, your responsibilities will be: Strategize and implement review collection initiatives across all of our Amazon product listings Plan and execute giveaways to incentivize customers to leave reviews Monitor and respond to direct messages from customers regarding their experience with our products Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all review collection efforts Track and report on star ratings across all products The Successful Applicant: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred Knowledge of Amazon's policies and guidelines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics Offer Details: This position offers flexible working hours between 4-10 PM EST, making it perfect for those looking for remote work.
