Customer Support Agent We are looking for an empathetic, solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to manage client communication and handle multi-channel feedback. Your future responsibilities include: Communicate with users and handle feedback and complaints via email; Handle multiple requests simultaneously with equal dedication; Provide empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our users; Advise company clients on products, their operation, and functionality via social media. Working Schedule: 5 days / week, floating; shifts 08:00–17:00 / 15:00–00:00 / 23:00–08:00; ~2 night shifts / month Needed experience & skills: Advanced/Fluent level of English: possess proficient written and spoken language skills; Excellent communication skills: able to resolve customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner; Able to work independently as well as part of various teams; Detail-oriented, persistent, and solution-focused; Flexible with working hours (may need to work night shifts and weekends); Strong work ethic and quick to adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment.
