In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage and maintain product listings in Amazon Vendor Central across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and US marketplaces.

  • Monitor Amazon Vendor Central dashboards and internal reporting tools to identify listing errors, compliance issues, and outstanding tasks.

  • Review and update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and other listing attributes to maintain high Item Data Quality (IDQ) scores.

  • Monitor product availability reports and identify issues affecting listing status, product visibility, and account health.

  • Investigate and resolve suppressed, inactive, or incomplete product listings to minimise disruption to sales.

  • Monitor Buy Box issues and help identify and resolve problems affecting product visibility and availability.

  • Manage Amazon compliance requirements and deadlines, ensuring potential listing removals are addressed promptly.

  • Raise, manage, and follow up on Amazon support cases relating to listing errors, compliance issues, and other operational concerns.

  • Handle copyright claims and report unauthorised copies of the company's products through the appropriate Amazon processes.

  • Maintain accurate product information and ensure listing updates are completed consistently across all relevant marketplaces.

  • Create and update A+ Content using company-provided product imagery and assets.

  • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, where appropriate to support content improvement and operational tasks.

  • Prioritise listing maintenance across the wider product catalogue, ensuring products receive consistent attention and issues are identified before they affect performance.

  • Communicate progress, flag recurring issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member when needed.

Skills you have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant Amazon experience, preferably in e-commerce or wholesale import/export.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, including product listing maintenance, case management, and troubleshooting listing errors, suppressed products, catalogue issues, and compliance problems across multiple international marketplaces.

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and a clear understanding of its differences from Vendor Central.

  • Strong knowledge of product listing optimisation, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, product attributes, data quality, A+ Content, and IDQ score improvement.

  • Experience monitoring Amazon compliance requirements, account health, product availability, Buy Box issues, and copyright-related concerns.

  • Experience using internal dashboards, reporting tools, or data connections to monitor listing performance and prioritise issues.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and consistent product information across multiple marketplaces.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to follow established processes, manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.

  • Patience and persistence when handling repetitive tasks, complex cases, and platform-related issues.

  • Sound judgement when communicating with Amazon support, particularly regarding compliance and copyright matters.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a UK-based team and provide regular updates on tasks and outstanding issues.

Skills that will make you stand out:

  • Experience in consumer products, gifts, homeware, or other businesses with large product catalogues.

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support product content and operational workflows.

  • Ability to identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.

You'll be entitled to:

  • 100% remote work setup

  • Great opportunities for career growth

  • Opportunity to work in an amazing environment
