Investigate and resolve suppressed, inactive, incomplete, or otherwise problematic listings to minimise disruption to sales.
Ensure high-priority and revenue-generating ASINs remain live, visible, and operational across relevant marketplaces.
Investigate and resolve operational issues relating to compliance, deliveries, chargebacks, catalogue issues, product availability, and listing status.
Monitor and address Buy Box issues affecting product visibility and availability.
Manage Amazon compliance requirements and deadlines, including addressing potential listing removals and other account risks.
Raise, manage, and follow up on Amazon support cases to ensure operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Handle copyright claims and report unauthorised copies of the company's products through the appropriate Amazon processes.
Create and update A+ Content using company-provided product imagery and assets.
Review operational reports and data to identify risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of actions taken, outstanding issues, account updates, and follow-ups.
Use spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal reporting tools to prioritise work across the wider product catalogue.
Use AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, where appropriate to support product content and operational tasks.
Communicate progress, escalate complex or high-risk issues, and contribute to improving Amazon account management processes.
As the role develops, support the processing of Amazon purchase orders, including training on the company's ERP and IT systems and liaising with third-party warehouses in the UK and USA.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate product information and records across multiple marketplaces.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the patience and persistence to investigate complex or repetitive platform issues.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Amazon, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
