• Desenvolver soluções de IA aplicadas a problemas reais de clientes industriais, automotivos e do agronegócio.
• Construir aplicações com LLMs, incluindo arquiteturas RAG, agentes e integrações via API.
• Desenvolver e treinar modelos de Machine Learning para previsão, classificação e detecção de anomalias.
• Preparar, tratar e explorar dados estruturados e não estruturados.
• Levar modelos para produção, com monitoramento, versionamento e controle de custos.
• Avaliar a qualidade das soluções com métricas objetivas e testes de confiabilidade.
• Apoiar o time comercial em provas de conceito, estimativas e demonstrações técnicas.
• Comunicar com clareza o que a IA resolve e o que ela não resolve, evitando promessas irreais.

• Experiência sólida com Python e bibliotecas de dados e ML (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experiência prática com LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI ou modelos open source).
• Conhecimento em RAG, embeddings e bancos vetoriais (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant ou similares).
• Experiência com desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs (FastAPI, Flask).
• Domínio de SQL e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.
• Conhecimento em Git, Docker e boas práticas de engenharia de software.
• Capacidade de traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções técnicas mensuráveis.
• Senso crítico sobre segurança, privacidade de dados e governança de IA.
