As an Analyst or Consultant, you'll work as part of a team to help solve our clients' toughest business challenges, supporting public sector leaders as they modernize programs and services that improve outcomes for Canadians. You'll build foundational consulting skills by conducting research, analyzing data, supporting stakeholder engagement activities, and helping develop practical solutions to complex problems. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you'll contribute to projects that shape strategy, improve operations, and drive meaningful change across government.

Your work will include:

• Supporting problem-solving efforts by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information to help clients make informed decisions and improve service delivery outcomes.

• Conducting research, stakeholder interviews, workshop support activities, and analysis that contribute to the development of client-ready deliverables such as operating models, roadmaps, process maps, business cases, presentation materials, and performance measurement frameworks.

• Collaborating closely with team members and clients to understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.

• Managing project activities and deliverables within established timelines, while proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Contributing to the growth and development of the practice by supporting knowledge-sharing activities, developing reusable tools and assets, and participating in internal initiatives that strengthen our team and delivery capabilities.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, identify key insights, and develop practical recommendations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly and concisely.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while building effective relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Familiarity with project management approaches (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and an understanding of how projects are planned, tracked, and delivered.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with experience creating presentations, conducting analysis, and communicating insights.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills, industries, and technologies.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data analysis tools) to enhance productivity, research, analysis, and insight development.

Assets that will set you apart:

• Experience supporting public sector organizations, including government departments, agencies, or broader public service institutions.
