Role Summary
The Port Operations Support team aims to reinforce ONE’s marine terminal operation throughout the US and Canada. Through close collaboration with the Manager of Port Operations Support, area Port Operations Managers, and other functional stakeholders the analyst will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, process management, and providing data-driven insights in support of efficient terminal operations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide support to the East, Gulf and West Coast Port Operation teams and Port Operations Support Manager in areas of terminal, vessel, reefer, rail, intermodal operations, data management, and back-office administration.
- Assist in sourcing data to support the maintenance of weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other service quality measures for ONE’s Marine Terminal service providers and Port gateways.
- Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to management to assist with anticipating changes in the operational environment.
- Contribute to division-wide process improvement/efficiency projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of best practices across ONE’s terminal operations in North America.
- Leverage data from regular reporting to assist with identifying cost savings opportunities.
- Assist in administration of ONE’s Terminal Performance Program responsible for collaboration with terminal vendors through analytics and data trend analysis.
- Other duties as assigned by management

1+ years of general industry experience with analytics preferred.

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
