Ragadia Wellness focuses on mental and physical assistance program specially on B2B market.
Role Description The Angel Investor at Ragadia Wellness is a full-time, remote role focused on providing strategic capital, mentorship, and guidance to support the company’s growth and long-term vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating business performance and financial projections, reviewing product and market expansion plans, and partnering with leadership on fundraising strategy and investor relations. The Angel Investor will participate in regular strategy sessions, advise on key milestones, and help refine go-to-market, partnership, and scaling initiatives. This role also involves leveraging networks to open doors to potential partners, co-investors, and advisors, while offering constructive feedback on governance, risk management, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications
- Strong background in early-stage investing, venture capital, private equity, or entrepreneurial leadership, with experience in evaluating digital health or technology-enabled businesses.
- Experience with healthcare, wellness, or health tech sectors.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance on scaling operations, entering new markets, forming partnerships, and building sustainable business models.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust with founders, provide candid feedback, and support a diverse, inclusive team culture.
- Established professional network that can be leveraged to introduce potential partners, clients, and co-investors in relevant regions or sectors.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and data-driven environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or prior founder experience is a plus.
