Animator / Motion Graphics Editor (Short Form Video)

Pronk Production is a remote video post production and animation studio. We edit short form content for creators, coaches and brands in the US and UK, and we are looking for an Animator / Motion Graphics Editor to join our team.

What the work looks like

• Vertical short form reels (9:16) built on a talking head video, cut against cinematic AI b roll and bold kinetic typography.
• One consistent cinematic look across every video: warm, filmic colour grade, dramatic lighting, impact words on screen.
• Tight retention pacing: scene changes every 2 to 3 seconds, cuts locked to the voice, whip and light burst transitions, split screens, no dead air.
• Turning each idea in the script into a strong visual: you read the line and find, or generate, the image that makes it land.

What you bring

• A portfolio of short form edits you made yourself, with reels we can watch.
• Strong Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro skills.
• Experience creating AI images and AI video clips (Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield or similar). This is the skill we value most.
• A good eye for typography, colour and rhythm.
• Clear written English and reliable communication on deadlines.
• Some working hours that overlap with US mornings is a plus.

How we work

• Fully remote.
• Freelance, on a project basis to start. If it goes well, a permanent role is possible.
• We provide the AI tool subscription you need for the work.
• Clear briefs, one sample video first for look approval, then the batch. Review and feedback happen on Frame.io.
