Role Description The App Growth Internship at iTechGemini Pvt Ltd is a hybrid role based in Lahore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Interns will support app growth initiatives by analyzing user behavior, assisting in the design and execution of growth experiments, and contributing to sales outreach activities. Daily tasks include collecting and interpreting performance metrics, preparing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams on growth campaigns, and helping manage small projects or tasks within broader initiatives. Interns will also communicate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and document progress. This internship offers hands-on experience in app growth strategies within a dynamic, technology-focused environment.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret app performance data, user metrics, and campaign results.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams, presenting findings, and documenting work.
• Interest or experience in growth hacking and sales to support user acquisition, engagement, and revenue efforts.
• Basic project management abilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with mobile or web applications, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), or CRM systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Lahore, manage time independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
