App Growth Lead — BookWatch & BibleWatch

BookWatch and BibleWatch turn books and Bible stories into engaging video experiences. We’re a profitable, founder-led business looking for a hands-on growth lead to help scale our consumer subscription apps.

You’ll work directly with the founder to identify growth opportunities, run experiments and turn successful tests into repeatable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Analyze the journey from acquisition through onboarding, subscription and renewal.

• Identify where we lose users and prioritize improvements based on potential impact.

• Own a focused growth roadmap across our apps and web funnels.

• Design experiments, coordinate implementation and evaluate the results.

• Work with our advertising agency and specialist partners to connect acquisition quality with retention and profitability.

• Personally execute experiments within your strengths and bring clear briefs to developers and specialists when needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience growing consumer apps or subscription products.

• Examples of experiments you personally owned, with measurable results.

• Strong understanding of conversion, retention, attribution, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value.

• Ability to investigate data, make decisions with imperfect information and move quickly.

• A practical approach: you can explain what to change, why it matters and how to measure it.
