App User Acquisition Manager

What You’ll Do: Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create engaging and high-performing advertising creatives. Drive innovative marketing initiatives by generating new ideas and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Develop expertise in the North American gambling market while collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of hands-on experience in app user acquisition. Solid experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP, including app user reporting. Strong understanding of iOS tracking, including SKAN reporting and handling non-consented users. Experience with GA4: event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. A proven track record of executing performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Fluency in written and spoken English. The ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Nice To Have: Experience in the gambling or iGaming industry.
