About the Role

  • We are looking for an Apple Product Knowledge Specialist to support an AI content evaluation and product-data quality project.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple TV, Vision Pro, and Apple operating systems. You should be comfortable researching Apple product information, validating specifications through official Apple sources, and accurately tagging and evaluating product-related content according to detailed guidelines.
  • This is primarily a product knowledge, research, and content-quality role—not a software development position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and accurately tag Apple product-related content based on project guidelines.
  • Validate Apple product information, specifications, features, and technical terminology.
  • Distinguish between product features and technical specifications.
  • Features: Siri, Face ID, functionality, color options, etc.
  • Specifications: RAM, storage, battery capacity, chipset, display specifications, etc.
  • Identify and correctly classify Apple hardware components and technical terminology.
  • Conduct fact-checking using official, geo-specific Apple websites and resources.
  • Verify product generations, naming conventions, regional availability, and product lineups.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and productivity.
  • Follow project-specific SOPs, escalation procedures, and quality standards.
  • Participate in calibration sessions, training, and certification assessments when required.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Apple Ecosystem Knowledge
  • Strong familiarity with Apple products, accessories, and operating systems, including:
  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • MacBook / iMac
  • Apple Watch
  • AirPods
  • Apple TV
  • Apple Vision Pro
  • iOS
  • iPadOS
  • macOS
  • watchOS
  • tvOS

Product & Technical Understanding

You should be able to understand and differentiate between:

  • Product features vs. product specifications
  • CPU vs. GPU
  • Accelerometer vs. Barometer vs. Gyroscope
  • Neural Engine
  • Sensors and connectivity components
  • Other common Apple hardware and technical terminology

You should also understand Apple product naming conventions, device generations, and model differences.

Regional & Locale Knowledge

  • Must currently be based in South Korea or have lived in South Korea within the last two years.
  • Strong understanding of the South Korean Apple market and region-specific product offerings.
  • Familiarity with country-specific product availability, regional launches, localized software features, and Apple services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to research information using South Korea-specific official Apple sources.

Research & Validation Skills

  • Strong ability to independently research and verify product information.
  • Comfortable using official Apple websites and other approved sources for fact-checking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent product information.

Previous experience working on Apple ecosystem-related projects is an advantage.

Experience working with spreadsheets, web research, annotation platforms, or internal tooling systems is also beneficial.

📩 Interested? Please share your updated resume to [email protected] and a brief summary of your Apple product/technical experience.
