Application Architect WinDev Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant for a mission at a client site to ensure the analysis, documentation, maintenance, and evolution of two strategic applications developed in the WinDev environment. The consultant will work closely with business teams to ensure service continuity, risk management, and application sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive technical audit of the applications.
• Map the existing software architecture, including application components, databases, interfaces, synchronization mechanisms, and security management.
• Produce usable architecture documentation for technical and business teams.
• Identify and document all technical dependencies, including licenses, server infrastructures, deployment procedures, and backup mechanisms.
• Evaluate the capacity for maintenance recovery by a third party.
• Identify technical, operational, and organizational risks related to the applications.
• Develop a risk management strategy and a prioritized action plan.
• Ensure analysis and resolution of incidents and assistance requests.
• Participate in diagnosing anomalies and propose appropriate corrections.
• Develop functional evolutions validated by business teams.
• Conduct technical tests and support the acceptance process.
• Provide technical advice to business leaders and IT teams.

Deliverables:

• Detailed architecture dossier of the applications.
• Inventory of technical prerequisites, licenses, and infrastructures.
• Mapping of flows and interfaces.
• Risk analysis and risk reduction plan.
• Documentation of operational and maintenance procedures.
• Periodic maintenance report and follow-up on business requests.

As a consultant, you will work under the same conditions as our internal staff, with a hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work, requiring a minimum of 50% presence in our offices. This mission will be conducted exclusively in French.
