About the role

As a VeroTech consultant, you take a technical leadership role within a systems engineering environment focused on sensor algorithms and simulation. You coordinate team activities, support planning and workload distribution, and keep project progress and deliverable quality under control.

You act as an organisational reference and technical facilitator without direct line management authority. Your work combines hands-on methodological support, modelling best practices, documentation structure and compliance with technical, normative and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise team workload, planning and operational follow-up in line with project priorities

• Coordinate with management and other technical leaders on shared topics and cross-functional initiatives

• Support the team in using the Mathworks suite, including MATLAB and Simulink, and other relevant tools

• Drive modelling rules, algorithm development practices, configuration tracking and technical documentation structure

• Review deliverables for coherence, quality and technical, normative and documentary compliance before approval or release

What we're looking for

You combine technical credibility with structure, team spirit and the ability to guide colleagues through complex engineering activities. You bring rigour to planning, documentation and quality processes while supporting continuous improvement.

• Strong leadership posture with the ability to act as a reference, lead by example and bring a team together

• Experience with team planning, task prioritisation and crisis management

• Solid command of the Mathworks suite, algorithms and engineering best practices

• Knowledge of Git, BitBucket and JIRA for configuration tracking, planning and action follow-up

• Strong documentary and methodological rigour, including status management, check and approve workflows, traceability, project milestones, quality requirements and reviews
