You can be part of the team that enables significant service improvements for our people.

You're able to get the detail right without losing sight of the bigger picture. You find satisfaction in meaningful work, ensuring major services can operate as planned, on-time and on budget.

In this role, you'll:

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex billing, recharge and vendor-performance activities supporting Transport’s enterprise application environment. Your work will strengthen financial control, improve visibility of vendor performance and help ensure technology services deliver quality and value for Transport and the communities we serve.

• Own the billing and recharge lifecycle for enterprise application services, bringing clarity, control and consistency across vendor engagements.
• Monitor vendor delivery, utilisation, costs and performance to ensure services provide value and meet agreed quality expectations.
• Turn complex financial and performance data into practical dashboards, recommendations and decision-ready executive reporting.
• Work closely with finance, procurement, technology teams and vendor partners to reconcile billing, resolve issues and manage commercial risks.
• Monitor vendor effort, utilisation, delivery quality, cost and performance to support value-for-money decisions
• Drive continuous improvement across vendor panels, performance measures and governance processes to strengthen delivery and service outcomes.

The role operates across a large and complex Enterprise Applications environment, including SAP, and requires you to balance delivery quality, financial control, governance obligations and changing business priorities.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience producing dashboards and executive-level insights that support sound decision-making.
