About the Role

Precision Solutions is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy applications using the Pega Infinity platform. The developer will work with senior team members and business users to understand requirements and translate them into customized application solutions.

This position is based at a client site in downtown Washington, D.C., with an onsite schedule of four days per week and the option to work remotely one day per week. An active Top Secret security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with senior team members and users to analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions using the Pega Infinity platform.
• Develop and implement Pega applications.
• Customize and configure Pega solutions to meet business needs.
• Integrate Pega applications with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Ensure application development follows established coding standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

• 2–5 years of application development experience.
• Experience with web application development.
• Proven application development experience and a commitment to developing skills in Pega.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Security Clearance Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Washington, D.C. (downtown client site).
• Onsite four days per week, with one remote workday.
• Junior to mid-level position.
