業務の詳細 社内システムに関わる業務全般に携わって頂きます。 ・社内で使用するアプリケーション開発を担って頂きます。 ・アプリケーションの要件定義・仕様設計～実装が主な業務です。 その他、社内システム保守、事業会社内におけるIT化の推進など知見がある方にはより幅広く業務に携わっていただけます。 配属部署について： 東日本本社：係長（1名）+主任（1名）+社員（3名）・派遣社員1名 西日本本社：課長（2名）+課長代理（2名）+係長（1名）+主任（1名）+一般職（2名） 計14名が在籍しております。今回は東日本本社への配属になります。 勤務地 東日本本社 東京都千代田区神田淡路町1-3 募集理由 当社デジタル化の推進に伴い「物件管理システム（仮名）」を内製化したいと考えております。各現場からの要望をよりタイムリーにキャッチしシステムに反映していくためです。主担当として業務に従事して頂きます。 応募資格 必須条件 ・C#開発経験（数年レベル） 他オブジェクト指向言語の経験があり、キャッチアップ可能であれば相談可 ・WEBアプリケーションの開発経験（4年以上） 尚可条件 下記内容に興味ないしは経験がございましたら歓迎します。 ・組織内の各領域における業務分析・要望・課題や事業戦略のヒアリング ・各業務に必要なシステムやアプリ、インフラなどトータルな要件定義と仕様設計、改修・構築・導入・教育・運用のスケジュール設定、コストの算出 ポイント ・経験以上にやる気を重視します。 ・チームで効率的に動く一方、幅広い業務に携われます。 想定勤務地詳細 ・東日本本社：東京都千代田区神田淡路町1-3 【最寄り駅】東京メトロ丸ノ内線「淡路町駅」、都営地下鉄新宿線「小川町駅」から直結 English : Job details: As an internal system developer, you will be responsible for developing company-wide applications, including defining requirements, designing specifications, and implementing them. Knowledge of in-house system maintenance and IT promotion may also be beneficial. Requirements: C# development experience (several years level) Experience with other object-oriented languages (can catch up) Web application development experience (4 years or more) Optional requirements: Business analysis in each area of the organization Hearing about requests, issues, and business strategies Defining total requirements About assigned departments: East Japan Head Office: Section Manager (1 person) + Supervisor (1 person) + Employee (3 people) / Temporary employee 1 West Japan Head Office: Section Manager (2 people) + Deputy Section Manager (2 people) + Section Manager (1 person) ) + Chief (1 person) + General staff (2 people) A total of 14 people are employed. This time, I will be assigned to the East Japan Head Office. Work location: East Japan Head Office 1-3, Kanda-Awaji-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo Reason for Recruitment: As the client company pushes digitization, we would want to in-house the "property management system (pseudonym)" to gather requests from each site in a more timely manner and reflect them in the system. As the primary person in responsibility, you will be accountable for the job.
