At Auxis, we are rapidly expanding our tech operations in Bogotá and are on the hunt for an Application Security Manager (Product & AI Security). This is a high-impact leadership role where you will embed security into every stage of the software lifecycle—partnering closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and AI teams.

What You'll Do:

• AppSec & Platform Leadership: Manage our Veracode platform, driving SAST, DAST, and SCA integrations into CI/CD pipelines.
• Secure SDLC & Architecture: Conduct deep application security risk assessments, design reviews, and ensure compliance with OWASP ASVS standards.
• AI & Agentic AI Security: Lead security risk assessments for AI-enabled products, focusing on autonomy, tool usage, data access, and overall AI governance.
• Third-Party & M&A Security: Assess vendor/SaaS security postures and drive cybersecurity integration for newly acquired applications.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years in Cybersecurity, with deep expertise in AppSec, Product Security, and Secure SDLC.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Veracode (or similar tools), SAST/DAST/SCA, CI/CD security integrations, and modern cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• AI Risk Insight: Experience or strong interest in AI security assessments and governance is highly desirable.
• Language: English proficiency at B2+ or higher (mandatory).
• Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CSSLP, CISM, or equivalent AppSec/Cloud/AI certifications.
