Application Support Analyst

Role Description The Application Support Analyst role at MAS Logistics is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the analyst will provide day-to-day application and technical support for logistics-related systems, including monitoring application performance, resolving user issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system errors, documenting incidents, assisting with configuration changes, and coordinating with IT and business teams to ensure smooth operation of core applications. The analyst will also support user training, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and documentation to enhance system reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Application Support and Technical Support skills to assist users and maintain logistics systems effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with users, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Relevant experience with enterprise or logistics applications, ticketing systems, and basic database or system monitoring tools is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize multiple support requests is important.
• Familiarity with logistics operations or supply chain processes in KSA or the wider region is an advantage.
