You'll work alongside internal technology teams, business users and external partners to identify root causes, deliver long-term solutions and support ongoing technology change across the organisation.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

· Manage and triage application support incidents, ensuring priority issues are addressed effectively and within agreed service levels.

· Investigate, diagnose and resolve application incidents, events, requests and technical queries.

· Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent improvements and fixes.

· Support a variety of business applications and technologies while maintaining a high quality of service.

· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

· Undertake minor development and enhancement activities where required.

· Contribute to service improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance technology services.

· Support the onboarding of new applications and services into operational support environments.

· Participate in change management, implementation and release activities.

· Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

· Build effective relationships with internal teams, managed service partners and third-party vendors to deliver positive customer outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

We're interested in hearing from candidates who bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking and a customer-focused mindset.

You'll ideally have:

· Experience working within an Application Support, Technical Support or Production Support environment.

· Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

· Experience operating within an ITIL-based support framework, with ITIL Foundation certification desirable.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience working across complex technical environments and multiple business applications.

· Knowledge of supporting enterprise platforms and working collaboratively within matrix teams.

· Experience working with third-party suppliers and outsourced service providers.

In addition, you'll have experience in one or more of the following areas:

· Azure technologies

· C#

· ASP.NET / MVC

· SQL Server, T-SQL or Oracle PL/SQL

· SSIS, SSRS or SSAS

· JavaScript, HTML, CSS or JQuery
