Application Support Engineer

What we're looking for:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in production operations on Windows and Unix
• Scripting in Shell (KSH), Python and PowerShell
• Basic knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server and MySQL databases
• Experience in change coordination, application commissioning and production incident resolution
• Availability for staggered schedules (07h00 to 18h30) and on-call duty (7 days, weekends)
• Fluency in English (B2)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BMC Control-M or another industrial scheduler (nice to have)

Important:

This position is hybrid, 2 days a week in Porto or Lisbon. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, to be considered.
