We are looking for someone to join our Growing Team. The ideal candidate would stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment while striving to meet daily operation standards. This position does NOT require. Collection Calls Sales Calls Appointment Setting Calls. Key Responsibilities: Make Reference calls for background checks, which include. Verifying current and former lease arrangements Verifying current and former employment information Obtaining additional information from clients and applicants Document Management as needed Demonstrate high attention to detail for maximum accuracy. Perform additional duties as assigned. Maintain/Meet operation metrics Attend on-going regulatory and process training.
