Job Title: Appointment Scheduling Specialist
Monthly Pay: PKR 62,110 - 143,160 per month
Summary:
You take a lead from an assigned call list through a clear conversation to a confirmed appointment. Callback requests also bring people back into your calling list. You check interest, offer available times, and prepare the sales team for the conversation ahead. Your goal is to arrange useful appointments with clear details and fewer missed connections. A sales team lead helps you review booking choices and improve your calls. The work is fully remote, and you work from home while arranging appointments through shared tools. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Begin by checking the sales team's available appointments in a scheduling tool such as Calendly. Keep these options ready before calling.
• Open the assigned call list in a CRM such as Pipedrive, a system that stores lead details. Put callbacks in order.
• Call each lead through a business phone system such as Aircall, which connects calls. Introduce yourself and explain your reason for calling.
• Ask short questions about the lead's needs and readiness to speak with sales. Accept refusals politely and note callback preferences.
• Offer two or three available appointment times. Book the lead's choice without suggesting a time the sales team cannot accept.
• Read back the appointment date, time, and contact details. Explain who will speak with the lead and what happens next.
• Record each call result and booking in the lead's record. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and requests to stop calling.
• Send a short reminder before the appointment. Check any requested changes and keep the booking details clear for both people.
• Contact leads who miss appointments and offer another available time. Update the booking so the team sees the correct plan.
• Send the sales team a short lead summary before each appointment. Share daily booking counts and questions needing help.
• Meet quality standards through correct bookings, accurate notes, polite calls, and quick follow-up. Use coaching feedback to improve future conversations.
Qualifications:
• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No experience required; related appointment setting, phone support, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn the service offered and follow an approved call outline without sounding rushed.
• Comfort learning the named customer record, calling, and scheduling tools during guided practice.
• Ability to check calendar availability, explain appointment choices, and repeat booking details clearly.
• Care when writing call notes, checking appointment times, and choosing the correct next step.
• Patience when someone declines, asks repeated questions, or needs another chance to choose a time.
• A quiet place for calls where you can listen closely and speak without background noise.
Perks & Benefits:
• A fully remote work arrangement that lets you work from home while supporting appointment conversations.
• Structured onboarding and training on Pipedrive, Aircall, and Calendly, with practice before handling the full booking process.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss call feedback, and build confidence.
• Growth opportunities within the team as you strengthen appointment setting skills and learn related tasks.
• Bonus opportunities.
