Commission Based Solar Sales Executive

Hiring results driven Sales Executives across Pakistan.

• Role: Business Development & Sales (Solar Inverters, Battery Storage & Turnkey Systems)
• Location: Remote / Field visits
• Compensation: NO FIXED SALARY 100% COMMISSION ONLY (High-ticket percentage/slab payouts per closed deal)
• Working Hours: Flexible / Self-managed

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
• Pitch solar setups and hardware directly to potential clients, factories, and businesses.
• Work with our engineering team, which handles technical sizing and proposal paperwork for you.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in commission-based or high-ticket B2B sales (solar, real estate, hardware, or construction).
• Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing skills.
• Driven by performance payouts rather than a fixed desk salary.
