About FleetWiz

FleetWiz is a US software company. Our compliance platform (SaaS) helps trucking companies stay DOT/FMCSA compliant and audit-ready. There are 2.2 million registered motor carriers in the United States, and most small fleets still run compliance on paper and spreadsheets. That's the market you'll be calling into.

The role

We're building a remote team of appointment setters in the Philippines and Pakistan. The job is simple: call US trucking company owners and safety managers from the lead lists we hand you, get them interested, and book a demo with our sales team. You don't prospect, you don't build lists, and you don't close. You book demos, and you get paid every time one of your demos turns into a customer.

What you'll do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to US trucking companies during US business hours. We give you the leads with the decision-maker's name, company, phone, and email.
  • Follow up by text and email using our scripts and templates.
  • Book qualified demos directly onto the sales team's calendar, then confirm and remind the prospect so they show up.
  • Log every call and outcome in our CRM.
  • Follow our call and texting rules: honor do-not-call and opt-out requests every time, and never misrepresent who you are or what we do.

Compensation (100% performance-based, paid in USD)

  • $10 per qualified demo booked. Qualified means the prospect is a decision-maker at a US carrier and attends the scheduled demo.
  • $200 per account closed, paid when a demo you booked becomes a paying FleetWiz customer and their first payment clears.
  • No cap. Example: 40 demos + 3 closed accounts in a month = $1,000. 80 demos + 6 closes = $2,000.
  • Paid every two weeks via Wise or Payoneer.
  • This is an independent contractor role. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
  • Top setters are first in line for closer roles with higher commissions.

What we provide

  • Lead lists with full contact information, so you spend your time dialing, not researching.
  • Dialer, SMS, and email tools.
  • Call scripts, objection handling, and text and email templates.
  • Onboarding training on FleetWiz and DOT/FMCSA compliance basics.
  • A sales team that runs the demos and closes the deals you set up.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. You'll be talking to American business owners all day.
  • At least 1 year of outbound cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or BPO experience. B2B preferred.
  • Available at least 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, inside US business hours (9 AM–6 PM US Eastern, which is 9 PM–6 AM in Manila and 6 PM–3 AM in Karachi; one hour later from November). More hours means more demos.
  • Reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps or better), a working computer, a USB headset, and a quiet workspace.
  • Comfortable with a CRM, Google Workspace, and a dialer.
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by commission. You'll hear "no" 50 times a day and keep dialing.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, including managing calendars and coordinating multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Lead Generation, prospect outreach, and basic lead qualification to identify potential opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional email correspondence.
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on building rapport, handling objections, and ensuring a positive experience for prospects.
  • Comfort using CRM systems or scheduling software, along with basic computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Previous experience in sales support, call center, or recruiting-related roles is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or sales is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling software or SaaS, or calling into US trucking, logistics, or commercial insurance.
  • Previous work with US clients.

How to apply

Apply through LinkedIn and include a link to a 60-second voice recording (Vocaroo, Loom, or a phone recording) introducing yourself and describing your cold-calling experience. We hire on how you sound on the phone, so applications without a voice sample won't be considered. Shortlisted candidates do a 15-minute video interview and a live mock call. We're onboarding new setters every week.
