We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Appointment Setter / Business Developer (REMOTE) who can generate qualified appointments and eventually build and lead our entire Lead Generation/Growth Department.

What You'll Own

• Build & execute outbound through Cold Email, Cold Calls, LinkedIn & Instagram
• Qualify prospects and consistently book qualified appointments for the Founder
• Manage leads, pipelines & follow-ups in GHL/CRM
• Test messaging, channels and outreach strategies
• Build SOPs, systems, KPIs & reporting
• Eventually hire/train/manage appointment setters and lead-gen team members
• Progress toward managing inbound channels including Meta Ads, SEO, Content & Partnerships

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years B2B lead generation / appointment setting experience
• Strong cold calling + cold email skills
• LinkedIn/social prospecting experience
• Strong CRM/GHL and follow-up discipline
• Experience building outbound systems/campaigns
• Leadership/team-management potential
• Excellent English communication
• Agency, e-commerce/Amazon or staffing/recruitment experience is a big plus
