OUTBOUND APPOINTMENT SETTER – PHILIPPINES

Location: Philippines – Remote

Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT

Compensation: PHP 30,000/month + performance commission

Role Overview

Regen Digital Solutions provides web design and digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S.

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Appointment Setter who can confidently speak with U.S. business owners, create interest in our services, qualify prospects, and book Zoom meetings for our Sales Closers.

This is not a beginner or script-reading role. We need someone who can communicate naturally, build rapport, handle objections, and keep conversations engaging.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or phone sales experience
• Fluent and natural spoken English
• Strong phone presence and conversational skills
• Experience speaking with U.S. prospects or business owners
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
• Strong objection handling and follow-up skills
• Good CRM documentation habits
• Reliable attendance, internet, headset, and remote setup
• Able to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Experience

Experience in web design, SEO, digital marketing, SaaS, lead generation, or B2B sales is a strong advantage.

• 5 booked meetings per day

Deal Breakers

• Less than 3 years relevant experience
• Weak English or robotic/scripted communication
• No real outbound phone sales experience
• Poor follow-up or CRM discipline
• Unable to work U.S. hours
• Unreliable internet or work setup
