Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled DM Setter to manage inbound leads generated through social media CTAs and Typeforms for a coaching business with a predominantly US-based audience. This role is focused on timely lead engagement and booking discovery calls, working US hours to close the response-time gap caused by the time zone difference with Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from social media CTAs and Typeforms
  

• Engage leads in natural, rapport-building conversation to qualify interest
  

• Handle objections and answer initial questions to keep leads engaged
  

• Book qualified leads into discovery calls, scheduled for CJ's Sydney time zone
  

• Track and report on lead engagement, response times, and booking rates
  

• Maintain consistent, timely follow-up with warm leads who haven't yet booked
  

Requirements

Required Tools & Skills

• Proven experience as a DM setter or appointment setter, ideally with a US-based audience
  

• Strong written communication skills, comfortable engaging a US audience's tone and style
  

• Reliable availability during US-aligned hours (approx. 5–6 PM Sydney time)
  

• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
  

• Comfortable managing inbound lead volume (20–30 leads/week) consistently
  

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced specifically in inbound DM setting, not just cold outreach
  

• Comfortable working consistent evening hours to align with US lead activity
  

• Prior experience in coaching, fitness, or similar service-based businesses is a plus
  

• Interested in growing into more advanced "sell by chat" responsibilities over time
