Vanta Business Solutions is a Durban based growth consultancy. We look after social media, websites and ads for businesses across South Africa.

About the role

We’re looking for an appointment setter to call businesses from our lead list, find out how they’re handling their social media, and book the right ones into a call with our strategy lead. You won’t be closing deals. Your job is to start good conversations and fill the calendar.

What you’ll do

• Call businesses from a lead list we provide
• Ask a few simple questions to see if they’re a good fit
• Book qualified businesses into a discovery call
• Log your calls in our tracker

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable on the phone with business owners
• Clear, confident English
• Doesn’t take a no personally
• Sales or call centre experience is a plus, not a must
• An interest in social media or marketing is a bonus

What you’ll earn

This is a commission only role. You’ll earn between R2,000 and R7,900 for every client you book who signs with us, plus a monthly bonus when you hit 5 clients. We’ll take you through exactly how it works in the interview.

How it works

You work remotely, set your own hours and use your own phone and laptop. We provide the leads, a call script and full training on our packages.
