Appointment Setter (Remote, Commission) - UAE & GCC

Mount Olympus AI is hiring Appointment Setters across the UAE and the GCC (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Doha and more).

WHO WE ARE

Mount Olympus AI is a premium AI automation and digital transformation company, operating in the UK, Europe, Brazil and the GCC. We build Client Capture Systems for businesses: premium websites, WhatsApp and Instagram AI automation, AI voice agents, workflow automation and lead generation, so every call and message gets answered, booked and followed up.

THE ROLE

You'll join our GCC team, led by our Sales Manager, and your job is simple: start conversations with business owners and book them into a 30-minute demo call. We build a free custom demo for every lead, so you're opening doors with something real to show, not cold pitching.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•⁠ ⁠Reach business owners on WhatsApp Business and by phone, using leads we provide

•⁠ ⁠Open conversations, spark interest and book qualified demo calls into the closer's calendar

•⁠ ⁠Keep every lead status updated in our CRM (Google Sheets)

•⁠ ⁠Hand over booked meetings with short notes so the closer walks in prepared

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•⁠ ⁠Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys talking to people

•⁠ ⁠Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus

•⁠ ⁠Based in the UAE or the GCC, with a good understanding of the local business culture

•⁠ ⁠Self-driven and consistent: you hit your daily outreach without being chased

•⁠ ⁠Experience in sales, telesales, appointment setting or customer service is a plus, not a must

•⁠ ⁠Your own smartphone, laptop and stable internet
