Senior Regulatory Food Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time remote Food & Beverage (FNB) role at RF Construtora & Restauração. The role involves coordinating food and beverage orders, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting day-to-day service operations for virtual and onsite events. Responsibilities include communicating with suppliers, tracking inventory levels, updating order and delivery records, and assisting in menu planning aligned with project needs. The role also includes maintaining hygiene and safety standards documentation, supporting cost control efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide an efficient and consistent FNB experience.
Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage coordination, hospitality, or restaurant/catering operations.
• Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene practices, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and inventory tracking.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Comfort with remote work tools (email, spreadsheets, online ordering platforms) and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in construction-related hospitality services or corporate catering is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further training in hospitality or FNB management is beneficial.
